It may well have some issues, I just would not be trusting in AKW to do the right thing.
I have only paid attention to them since GGP first announced the deal. But from what I have seen, they are suspended more times than they trade.
I could say a lot more but it may be considered defamatory. Have a look at their announcement history and form you own opinion, mine is not very high.
