This thing just keeps getting better. In the presentation a couple of months ago BDR said production should be in excess of 200k oz per year, well at 3.5 million tons of 2.5 gpt ore that comes out to (let me see, where's the calculator) over 300k oz per year, and they sound confident of going past the 3.5 nameplate.

As for having contingency money in the bank, well thats very sensible, even the best designed gold plants sometimes have problems with mill liners and crushers, so its good to know they have the funds to fix any potential problems quickly should they occur.
