some people are easily pleased. It is about the 4th lot of contigency money raised.....each time on worse terms.
Appears to be too much on the line in relation to project cash flows, very skinny, cutting it fine, any small hiccup and they will have to go cap in hand to the market.
May well end up a great operation but at the moment they are very suceptable to ramp up issues.
