Condor have almost reached their maximum placement capacity (less than 1m shares remaining). There will be a general meeting required to place any more.

The $2m capacity approved at the GM wasn't reached in the 3 month window. Condor raised $1.56m by the time of 3B released on March 4th, securities entered on 28th February just within 3 months of GM approval late November.

The placements using the $2m facility increased the capacity under the 15% and 10% rules from 73m at the time of GM to 122m because of the increased number of shares on issue. Virtually all of these were placed on 17th April.

Jiangxi were selling a few last year although their average is around 1.5c. Beaufort, Midfarm, Baycrest & Jiangxi appear similar to a convertible note set up along with a few others in the loop. Money sourced from HK, NY & London imo.
