You would think the funding is a done deal just the ann to come, only people it will attact is either day traders or brand new entries, IMO. Therefore maybe a short term pop and (probably not hold).

But to answer your Q, ST buying at 1.2, 1.3 probably good buy otherwise I wouldnt know im a long termer.
