OK... let's see what happens.
But just remember that a reverse split is usually not perceived well by investors.
Seems that what we have here is a catch-22.
A no-win dilemma for shareholders, what a choice..accept the shares on issue and face dilution or on the other hand consolidate and face dilution anyway!
This sort of scenario occurs by companies offering too many low cap raising (as is the case here)
