To re-cap on the jurisdiction thing.
The Fraser Institutes 2007/2008 survey of mining companies is out. Interesting to note that out of 68 jurisdictions from nearly all continents, Wyoming was in the top ten of the policy index(PPI), relating to the best mining jurisdictions. Its ranking was 8th.
So in other words, we could very well see Lance go to production a lot sooner than some of the resources I had previously mentioned, and no doubt ones I have missed.
Of course its going to take time, but there are a lot of uranium companies facing plenty more obsticles then PEN has.
