In the past the potential was commercial, related to their excellent assets and technology. Management diversified the company focus such that nothing had very much momentum or sufficient funding but the potential was there.
Now the potential is for a legal victory that could lead to temporary financial rescue...and further legal action. Not my cup of tea.
If they are lucky they will have sufficient funding to ride out the commodities slump for a year or two and be ready to go in the next boom cycle.
This is a high risk play IMO.
