Hi Denial,
I wrote a post pricing GBG shares in 5-6 years time and I based it on CCZ figures for IO pricing, various dilutionary scenarios, and market sentiment towards IO stocks improving a little by then.

The dilutionary effect is significant but so is the decline in IO pricing. I deleted what I wrote because the result was fairly negative but was approx. between the 200-300% figure you're talking about, if you follow what I mean.

Unless they have massive plans that they haven't let on, I tend to think this proposal may not go ahead- but common sense tells me they have probably already decided and they are just going through the motions.

The fact they briefed their brokers is a sign they are readying the shareholders for it to happen.
