Without any details of the equity pricing it is all conjecture, however I would be happier seeing a much smaller dilution being used to meet interest payments over the year(s) until production and cashflow than a massive dilution now.
I don't think a second misreading of shareholder sentiment will do GJ and friends any favours at the next GM.
