Totally agree with your post. If the premium is to low we should stick with the original debt arragement.

As we all know we should be a producer in 12 months and have a cashflow.

I would be happy to take the share offer if the price would be north of say $1.20 but not sure if Ansteel is prepared to go that much north of $1.

Time will tell and we just have to wait and see what the outcome is going to be.

As you are saying it does show the commitment Ansteel has towards the project.
