    Amex and Dnatron,

    just heard today that TZ more than likely won't be pursuing the aquisition of the smart material manufacturer. Apparently, they were too difficult to deal with.
    With the board all around the world at the moment I don't think we will hear from them too soon.

    I may be wrong
