From memory from previous conversations with JH he indicated that if the rig is not available for more than 48 hours then CTP don't have to pay (for the rig).

If there are other companies on site, say doing sampling, then CTP still have to pay them.

Not a good development at all !

Thankfully no one was hurt.

I suspect however that quite a few shareholders probably would like to inflict some pain on the drilling crew and company to offset the pain shareholders have suffered as a result of their very poor performance !
