    Can someone explain to me why this was not releasaed much earlier, like before open today?

    The incident happened 1.50pm Sunday. The delay allowed those in the know with short term positions to sell and drive the price down.

    Disgraceful in my opinion. You can't tell me this is not a form of insider trading.
