yeh im not accusing TXN mgmnt of anything, but every company when they have delays, failures or successes should announce it. IT is material, irrespective of what thier opinion may be , and at the very least shareholders deserve to know.
After all whats it take, 2 minutes to dictate to a $50 dictaphone and then 3min to proof read what the secretary typed , and 5 seconds to sign it....
Its not hard......
How do you reckon CEO's would like it if we held back thier bonuses or payments without any notice, you can bet they would be on the blower or have thier lawyers chasing it up.
