"Smyth and co" probably means "Smyth and co" and a number of very powerful Angolan groups who, after months of argument, have finally agreed to put all their projects in to one pot, and for CityView to manage the pot.
Not ramping this, just have no idea of how to do business in Angola. I have a feeling "Smyth and co" might just have a bloody good idea of which ropes to pull.
