I dont think the block Smyth is after is part of the open bidding process otherwise he would have told shareholders the name of the block (no reason for him not to). Seeing as though he hasnt given away the name of the block, maybe he doesnt want to give other companys the heads up that another unlisted block is available? Better our chances?
