    We should know fairly soon as to the outcome of the granting of the oil concessions to CityView, then it all becomes academic from there.

    They must be good with all this “back scratching” But the Angolans are no fools, it now allows them to access international funding through CityView as managers of the up and coming projects and join us for a quite exciting journey.

    I still believe Matanda will be the inital launching pad and hopefully some agreement with Bowleven, the gas PowerStation and uptake of the Condensate.

    Everything is moving so fast!
