Why QOL is going nowhere? I guess a couple reasons:
1. Overall weakness of mining stocks, and particularly, junior developers;
2. Possibly equity raise, and capex update +30% is possible. This is who company is desperate to let good news out.
Well, short term, not good, longer term should be great.
