The announcement that the independent directors are to have a two week extension for further consideration of Mr Lohs offer is grest news for shareholders. It gives more time for another bidder to enter the fray, it suggest that this is not a done deal, it suggests that they may behind the scenes be talking to other parties. Still two weeks is not long to do due dilligence. All the best everybody.
