The eyes are on jrv management as shown by today's announcement but unfortunately for us the moderators may also be on their side as evidenced by the amount of posts removed lately.
I had one removed and when I asked why just got the reply this is why along with a copy of the rules re litigation.
I always try to ensure that anything that may fit this criteria is not included and do not submit anything considered to be inflammatory or liablis, I asked the moderator to point out to me what they considered was in this frame however that was not forthcoming.
I believe to be fair to all any wording considered to be in this frame should be pointed out to the author when moderated so it becomes clear to all concerned the reason for such action.
