Couldn't help but enquire with MMR about outgassing and two of the people who talk to me were out on the rig. Read into that what you want.
The other person told me that BPH will be tradable tomorrow and was not aware why the outgassing anno was made today. When asked if it was a signal from those on the rig perhaps, they wouldn't speculate.
