Can only hope insto's want in on this one and its mainly to them.Would have thought with the big boys wanting in we would give up a fair chunk and the big players would foot the rest. With the size of Seycehlles we would have to raise billions of shares.
Maybe the funds are to fund/further future projects other than Seychells.
