IMO this alleviates any perceived pressure we may have had at the negotiating table, and may, in fact, bring forward a farmin result pre 30-6, which would then favour the ops being taken up - giving a further $12m in the bank to put towards Vic lease and/or 3D contribution in the Seychelles. This would then trigger a further dilution of approx 11%.

In the long term, if the hype of billions of barrels comes to fruition, these dilutions will mean stuff all to the small holder/trader.

Having said all of the above, the CR may not have the desired effect, and we will all be sitting here awaiting another CR in six months time!!
