Being reliant on Newman for anything is not a great place to be, but even they have to give reasoned responses and its hard to see what argument they could give against linc. Linc has operated under strict conditions without violation for 5 yrs or more, and have monitored water quality consistently above Gov. demands. Cxy is hopeful of hearing something more than, "another extension" in their case against the QLD .Gov. by the 22. Feb. Here's hoping for a decision not another delay.
