ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO RULE 704(5) OF THE SGX-ST LISTING MANUAL

Linc Energy Ltd (SGX: TI6) (OTCQX: LNCGY) (the "Company" or "Linc Energy") has been issued
an unqualified opinion with an emphasis of matter by the Company’s Independent Auditors, KPMG,
in the Independent Auditors’ Report on the consolidated financial statements of the Company and
its subsidiaries for the financial year ended 30 June 2015.
The Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2015 of the Company which will contain the above
Independent Auditors’ Report will be made available to Shareholders on SGXNet on 1 October
2015.
