not sure, i hold.

They have a massive deposit, and every announce just adds to it.

I guess the market says, yeah, its big, now it's bigger.
I think they are waiting for it to progress to develope, no point owning everest if your never going to climb it.

Point is, they just need to get closer to a decision to mine. Then it will be a rush in don't wait attitude change IMO.

Also, procuring more U assets in the states will help their cause.
