yes I thought it was the most informative and interesting announcement they have put out since I have been a shareholder.
It is interesting that Balron is prepared to pay $90million for the distribution business when their previous offer was just over $100 million ($1 per share) for the whole business,shows how undervalued the previous offer was.I am surprised the share price isn't higher now.
Once the sale goes through Atlas will be a profitable business with good growth prospects (and hopefully I will have recouped my paper losses)
