Yeah, good to see some more info from the company. Pity they didnt put in an EPS and PE numbers to highlight the potential value in the company.

Shania, The previous offer of $100 mil included the purchaser taking on the company debt of around $135 m, effectively making the offer $235 mil for the whole company. With the current offer, the existing shareholders keep all the debt and repay some with the proceeds of the sale.

I would have liked to see some of the sale proceeds returned to shareholders, either as a share buyback, special dividend or capital return. After the way management has run this company over the past couple of years, who wants to leave all the money in their hands?
