I dont think I have aver seen reinforcements. In fact of any leaks on POE/CVN news. In fact normally the market gets it 90 degrees wrong the day before the release.
Exploration wildcat wells as far as shareholders sp movements is either joy or pain. In 99.99% of cases wildcat wells are more pain than one would care to remember. (occasional POE9 eases that pain)
However the fact is NSE-F1 is "not a duster" and is commercial. Where there is an obvious commercial reservoir unlike a duster there is a decent chance that there is more oil in that area.
Your in the "wrong sector" if your expecting every well to find commercial quantities of oil.
