    It seems that investor confidence has returned to levels before this short rally began. So it is logical for the market test its lows and the BLY sp to return to sub 10 cents.

    SP movements will not however determine if BLY will be able to refinance. Its chances of refinancing is the same now as it was when the SP was 30cents 3 months ago.

    I believe and still have faith that the board at BLY will be able to refinance and roll over their debt and come out of this a stronger company.
