If this plays out, it was a terrific time to buy such a lease with so many players knocked over by the collapse in energy and GFC. If there is a recovery nothing would be so cheap.
But on the other hand a roll of the dice using profit from Thailand. Somehow I don't feel as comfortable as before, but the stakes are getting higher.
