vjind, my understanding was that if you held SER aprior to the start of business on 18/4 you would be entitled to SER plus Tarcoola. From the start of business 18/4, the Tarcoola share was demerged (separated) from SER and you will be issued with your Tarcoola shares in due course. If you sold SER prior to 18/4 you also sold your right to the tarcoola share. Hence the price drop in SER from 18/4 onwards. The 24/4 date is the date the company will look at the register and determine who owned SER on 18/4. I think this is so all settlements etc have taken place.
I have been given info today that leads me to think that SERCB will allow you to sell or buy SER with the Tarcoola share attached. There should be an announcement soon. You can lookup SERCB and there is one hopeful buyer.
