Just checked PBMD chart, it looks like it is attempting to turn from short term downswing. This news may be the catalyst .. I also think PRR has broken long term downtrend when it did the .065 close.. If you look at weekly chart.. It feels like some big players have been capping the previous runs.
It appears that mostpeople here don't appreciate chart, so I will save the targets to myself. Let see if the upswing happens tonight at NASDAQ.
