Sure, agree completely. My post addressed one aspect. Namely, 'shareholders don't need to know that.'

That comment, coupled with previous behaviour, comes over as arrogant. I believe that it's worthwhile for current management to bear in mind previous history. It may help them to understand long term shareholder sensitivities.
