Interesting... and why, I wonder, would Zulkefly highlight the Chinese community as being specifically involved in the above statement?
It wouldn't have anything to do with the fact that China was rebuffed in no uncertain terms when they tried to takeover LYC years ago or that China currently controls most of the world's REE output with Lynas as an upcoming and more 'green' friendly competitor would it?

Surely not...???
One thing is certain non-Malay interests with long memories are going to lose face (again - that's twice in a row) and it won't be LYC or the incumbent government who'll by crying.
