Firstly, they are fully franked, for all intents and purposes.

Secondly, they are MUCH, MUCH lower risk than the "ordinaries' (ASX:ANZ).

Thirdly, these should be rated A+. Do you know how little risk this is??!!

Fourthly, yes, ANZ shares MAY offer a higher return. Assuming the CPS2 offer an average return of 8%.... Will the ordinaries offer higher than 8%, yes/no? I wish I knew, i could be a millionaire... However, I do prefer holding ANZ (and am happy with my $5000 in ANZ, and won't be transferring that to these), as *I* do believe these will 'outperform' the CPS2... HOWEVER, THATS THE POINT! The ordinaries are higher risk, so, therefore should 'out perform' the CPS2.
