    I agree with both statements above.

    I suspect CNX will have to wait for the ban to be legislated (if this ever does happen), before the company could then go after the QLD Gov for compensation.

    Another scenario is that CNX's unique technology is exempted from the ban.

    We now have our own legal council too.
