Published  the day before the revised bid on 26 oct so not sure how much holds true from a situational pov.  Seems somewhat contradictory a 60c report yet  two major shareholders selling out. Clearly some disconnect and just  plain  fishy.  Largely obviously some inside job vultures from initial smell test.

Really hoping the EY IER comes back soon with some further analysis. Still even with a board recommendation  (independents) against it as someone pointed out if we hit 75% then minor shareholders are powerless to act against a compulsory acquisition?? Surely hope not as it seems quite unjust. Hopefully fellow retail holders are strong willed enough  to hold out and realise a much greater  price in the near term than this lowball. 

CCan only pray a higher bid white night comes in to force hands.
