I've been smelling a rat since the inception of this "offer". I question how Coal Development Holdings could advise of irrevocable acceptance of the offer before the offer was even announced to the rest of us shareholders. Could they have something to do with the offer? Too many non independents on the board for my liking..........
If my vote matters it will be no. Irrespective of any valuation, I see this company having a great future, and would like to be on board to enjoy the ride. (Plus it will give me great joy to hinder the vultures!)
