When the last placement was at 20 cents the argument was that this premium was due to the fact that this quantity (nearly 1Billion)could not be bought on the market which is true and believable.
But someone please explain why a so called intelligent investment house would by stock in a company for twice the price it could on the market in about ten minutes?
CVI has more fiction to it than The Wizard of Oz!
