Fair enough Sparkler. But in this instance arent Fortitude still down $1million or alternatively they have placed these shares back to CVI with more dilution also. So net result CVI has raised some cash but both companys have suffered further dilution?
This maybe a good result for the two Companys in the short run but surely will not make shareholders happy if this is how they are treated?
