Sparklers explanation is very possible in that this placement would have to be an under the table/"you pat my back and Ill pat yours" type deal. This is the only explanation as no one in their right mind would buy 20 million CVI shares at 10 cents under the current market conditions!!...that is unless its Dunnebonnie?
