You will not find an announcement. He is not a director.
Everyone seems to think he has increased his holding. Lets not forget he was given 5 million free options as part of his employment contract and many many months ago he sold 2 million of those. Perhaps he has since sold more options when the price was much better.
While he has increased his heads I would not be surprised to see that he has further reduced his options. Perhaps Encore can confirm?
