new appointee to board

Dr. Tim OLDHAM

Just had a bit of a read on the HOSPIRA website. Currently 16,000 employees worldwide, $4.1 million 2012 turnover. Current market cap USD 6.8 billion.

Dr. Tim was President of the Pacific region for 7 years until 2012. Why would Tim join the Isonea Board after being President of Hospira Pacific ? It would not surprise to see Dr. Tim take over the reigns in the near future.

I would think that his appointment would be looked at very positively by international fund managers & investors. Hopefully we will start seeing new major shareholders in the top 20.
