Redkey where did you get that Mr A wanted $30k plus 8 million shares my info was that MLS did try and deal with him but his terms were unreasonable. Maybe now that he lost the Supreme Court case he might be more willing to negotiate at reasonable terms. But on the otherhand MLS might know this is all wind and once the court registrar responds and throws out the notice of irregularity things will move on.
