WPL is buying from COP, not FAR. So the legal advise deals with their respective issues and are not the same.
I wish WPL would stay in the background until FAR and COP have sorted this out.
Why create bad blood.
I think WPL wants FAR to capitulate in public so they can rave on. They did get a good deal, they trumpeted it to their SH's. If they cannot complete the deal, bag COP.
