Mr Coleman has contradicted himself again.
On the one hand, he argued that FAR "Did Not" pre-empt within the 30 days.
Then on the other, he argued that FAR "Did Not" have a right to pre-empt because the 35% interest was placed in a separate holding company.
Trying to have a bet each way, Mr Coleman?
