I Bet COP will drag out PE hearings for as long as they can,as they know Far has a SNE funding problem and the Cash, funding calls are going to be rolling in for FID.
But, now that Far have sat in the Drillmax client rep cabin, for the duration of the Samo well, while the Stena Drillmax crew punched a hole through spot X to TD.
They now have the Financial and Technical capability of running the SNE Development.
I am Almost certain the Senegalese Government will approve "Operator" status to Far if they win P.E.
