The market for advanced materials manufacturing technology which is basically the limiting factor / marginal factor of production is of large importance.
For something that has a realistic chance of trading above >$25.00 per share in the coming years, a price of $2.50 would look cheap (given that would still be an acceptable profit multiple for the expected demand over the next year or two).
